Community Sector Management Course
Diploma of Leadership & Management (BSB51915)
The Diploma of Leadership and Management is a 10 session course consisting of 12 units. The management skills you'll learn on this course will assist you to lead and manage your team, improve service quality, manage workflow and communicate effectively with others. It reflects the role that managers, supervisors and team leaders play in the community services sector, applying knowledge and practical skills across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Program 15 will run between May 2017 - April 2018 with sessions every 6 - 8 weeks.
WACOSS’ Diploma of Leadership & Management course is run in partnership with leading management training provider MODAL.
To be eligible to register you need to be able to demonstrate you are responsible for the following: Leading work teams with direct reports or leading project teams Planning, organising and monitoring the work of others Supervision of staff, including conducting performance appraisals or similar Authority to initiate and implement changes impacting your team Responsibility for supporting work teams and meeting organisational/business requirements Have identified work mentor

$6800.00 non-member (GST Exclusive
