Interview with Elizabeth Shaw
Elizabeth is a manager in KPMG’s advisory practice. Prior to this, she worked as the Executive Director of the UN Association of Australia and as a solicitor at the State Solicitor’s Office of Western Australia. In 2008 Australian Youth Representative to the UN, working with UN Youth Australia to consult with over 5,000 young people before heading to the UN General Assembly in New York.
She is a qualified company director and holds degrees in arts and law as well as a Masters of Public Policy.
Elizabeth currently serves as the President of UN Women Australia, Deputy Chair of Global Voices, and as a Director of Inclusion WA.
Elizabeth has been recognised with an Australian Leadership Award from the Australian Davos Connection, and a West Australian of the Year Award.
