ER Essentials - An Advocacy Kit for Emergency Relief Services
WACOSS, with financial assistance from Alinta Energy Ltd, Horizon Power, Synergy and the Water Corporation, has produced an Advocacy Kit for Emergency Relief Services entitled ‘ER Essentials’.
‘ER Essentials’ is a valuable resource for workers undertaking minor advocacy and negotiation on behalf of clients. The kit provides information on how to assist clients with many of the common issues that bring them to ER services.
We are currently out of stock of ER Essentials and are in the process of editing and reprinting an updated version.
ACOSS ER Handbook 2011
The ACOSS ER Handbook provides information on the quality and content of ER services, the needs and rights of clients, and the causes of poverty. It is designed as standard information from which ER services can develop their policies, programs and service delivery.
