Manager Business Development | Nulsen
Paul was the Chief Executive Officer of Outcare until July 2019, when Outcare merged and became a division of the Nulsen Group. He is currently in a role of Business Development for Nulsen.
Before working with Outcare Paul held a range of senior management positions with Serco at Acacia Prison, including Director for 5 years.
Acacia is one of the busiest prisons in the State and well known for its rehabilitative services offered to prisoners. While managing the population, Paul also oversaw an expansion project to increase the population of the prison to 1,400 prisoners, making it the largest prison in Australia.
Paul brings over 40 years of experience from the justice sector in both Australia and the United Kingdom. He has particular experience in the management of high risk and dangerous offenders, and was a contributor to the development of MAPPA in the UK.
Paul is passionate about the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders into the community and of key area of concern for him is the impact social policy has on individuals and families caught up in the criminal justice system.
