Every person has a unique way of communicating, often this is based on our life experiences, culture, personality and many other factors. Learn how to overcome communication roadblocks to promote healthy conflict resolution in order to achieve positive outcomes in the workplace. By practising these skills, you will be able to work better with others, foster new relationships or revitalise past ones. These capacity building opportunities are supported by Lotterywest and the Pilbara Development Commission.
