Transition to Adulthood Services: Co-design Consultation Workshop

The Department will be undertaking a co-design process in partnership with WACOSS to develop the Transition to Adulthood Services (currently known as Leaving Care Services).
The Department and WACOSS will be holding a consultation workshop open to all interested parties (including stakeholders, partner agencies, community members and young people) to inform the development of the service specifications for the following Transition to Adulthood Services:
- Transition to Adulthood Support
- Group Living Accommodation Support
The co-design process will utilise the skills, knowledge and expertise of stakeholders to create the service model.
The details of the first workshop are as follows;
Date – 20 July 2017
Time – 12pm-4:30pm
Venue – City West, Lotteries House, West Perth

A pre-reading package including information about the co-design process will be distributed to all registered parties 1 week prior to the consultation.
